This groundbreaking program kicks off with a 3-day retreat where two of your diversity leaders will build skills in strategy and organizational change.

Over the following 9 months, they will receive continued advisory support designing and implementing a high-impact project, and learn from case-studies, best-practice, and a network of cross-sectoral peers. 

 

participation includes:

  • 3-day collaborative strategy skill-building retreat for two team members to join a cross-sectoral cohort of peers learning strategic design #solveathon methodology, as well as research-based best-practice and case-studies;

  • 9 months of ongoing expert support (totalling 36 hours):

    • Identifying org-specific opportunity to advance equity (in recruitment, hiring, promotions, representation, etc.)

    • Designing project to pilot systems and/or process change

    • Implementing change and coaching;

  • bi-weekly peer cohort support calls;

  • exclusive access to affiliate products and services at a preferential CAMP-E[quality] rate;

  • Opportunity to promote participation in communications.

enrolment fee:
CAD$15,000 per organization + applicable taxes
***Alberta and Ontario employers are eligible to apply for the Canada Alberta Jobs Grant and Canada Ontario Jobs Grant
